Recently collected our Jeep from Palmers. We were looking for a used Renegade and Jordan at Palmers had just the vehicle. He was a lovely chap to deal with - not your usual car Salesman. Nothing was too much trouble and the purchase went through seamlessly. Would thoroughly recommend Palmers and Jordan in particular.
I Called Palmers to discuss a car they had advertised. I dont live local and it was very late in the day but after speaking with Jordan, he offered to reserve the car for 48 hrs on a refundable deposit. I went to Palmers the next morning unnanounced and to be fair the welcoming they provided was excellent. I was shown the car and left to view at my leisure. After that i was offered to take the car out for a test drive on my own, but i decided to take Jordan so i could pick his brains and experience the car from the passenger side as well as the drivers. The car was presented very well and was exactly what id hoped for. I part exchanged a vehicle and Palmers did all the things i asked. Im now the proud owner of a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee S Limited and would certainly rate my experience as a great one. Thank you to Jordan and the Palmers team for making the buying experience a pleasant one. 5*****
I spent a long time at this branch of Palmers today considering all my options with regards to a new car. I was helped by multiple staff members however predominantly by Jordan Cave who was very patient and accommodating to my many questions and requests. Really nice guys who made the experience easier. I would recommend them.
Welcome to Cherokee Country! Fireworks at the ready cause I'm a happy girl ... Had a Wrangler back in the day (we won't say how far back cause that gives away age!) that never gave up so after a car I could rely on. Knew roughly what I was after but hadn't made a firm decision when I walked into Palmers Hemel Hempstead. Greeted by Jordan Cave who walked me through options & aspects I hadn't even considered. Had a good laugh & took what would hours later be my car out for a spin. Traded my old car in & purchased the Cherokee with no hassle. Before I ventured out into the wild Jordan went through the dash computer with me, made sure I was happy with the settings & synced my phone up (sorry again about my taste in music!). So now I'm on the road people Recommended for sure
