Took my Ford Fiesta ST in for a problem I had with some rattle in the drivers door frame and a loose rain sensor cluster and a mark on the car that the ceramic coat didnt stop. Had the car for two days and didnt seem to actually do anything, didnt fix either of the issues. In regards to the ceramic cost was told there is nothing they can do despite ford being the ones that sold and applied the ceramic coat to me a claimed they would fix any paint issues as the ceramic coat protects the caThankfully car was under warranty so I didnt have to waste money on this visit.The staff were very kind but if they cant fix issues there isnt much point to it. I wont be going back Ill find another ford dealer.
