I would love to write a review but unfortunately was let down a few hours before my treatment. I received a text yesterday asking me to come in an hour early and then another almost immediately saying it's OK to come at my original time!! I then receive another text today a few hours before my appointment telling me they cannot do them!! No phone call, just a text!!! Having explained I was going on holiday the next day an offer of another appointment in 2 days was completely useless.Useless service, very unprofessional, couldn't possibly recommend them!!I had to give one star so I was able to post this!!!!

The place is really nice and clean. The therapist was friendly and i think ill come back every month for treatment. Least painful wax I have ever had and such good value Thank you!!
