Laura on the parts/service team was friendly and helpful and got back to me when she said she would.On the sales side I dealt mainly with Matthew Capel when buying a Giulia and the buying experience was the easiest, quickest and most fuss free I have ever experienced. I usually dread buying a car knowing I have to waste hours on end waiting for salesmen to check with the manager every 5 minutes but this was a real pleasure as is the Giulia!

Recently bought my new car from Palmers, with Jordan Cave as my sales consultant. Very enthusiastic and chirpy individual, who knew what he was doing. Explained to me all the specifications of the car, showing me how to use all the features, whilst negotiating a fair price for the car (considering its reg, spec and quality).
We dealt with Jordan Cave who got us a super deal on the Stelvio. We nearly went with another dealer and I told Jordan that he would have to beat their offer, which he did. He was great to deal with, upfront with all the pricing and returned calls when he said he would. Highly recommended.
